I was a mod on idleserver.com for about 4-5 years from 2016-2020.
I was very active in the forums, keeping the server populated, and people satisfied with the games running smooth. I frequently left my casual matches to assist the server. Id have to ask around and see if the other mods on my old Idleserver team wanna vouch for me here
I left because the servers died out.
On what servers do you usually play on and which one would you like to moderate?
I play on Jailbreak US server
Why would you like to become a moderator?
I miss Jailbreak and being a moderator is the best way to help keep this game sane and playable. I have experience so i know the commands, know how to deal with rule breakers, ect.

Almost every afternoon
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
To me its about intention, if there decisions are based in wrongdoing then i will punish them accordingly. If there is a blue and he shoots a pistol into a stack trying to kill a rebeler but accidentally kills the wrong guy a teamban is not warranted, a respawn seems fair. However if he takes a rocket and shoots into the stack and kills 4 people thats a bit more extreme. Muting and Gaging are an hour each for racism, 15 for spam. 30min per freekill, 2 hour for mass freekill. spraybans on those who post porn or illegal sprays. slays to those in areas that they are not allowed. And i would really only server ban really bad players, hackers and consistent mass freekilling.
Edit: Editing this to be more specific with my punishments, I feel that it really depends on the situation and if harm was intended. So these are not written in stone for me, if a case is so severe that it requires a permanent gag, mute, or ban, then they would have to be causeing A LOT of trouble. (ie. for months a guy comes in and freekills every whatever days. He follows no rules and specificly joins to torment the red team. He'd get permanent teamban.) This stuff doesnt require too much thinking, just caution.

Ghosting: depends on the severity, usually anywhere from 10-30min gag then > 60minutes
Delaying: warn> slay

Constant False Accusations: gag/mute respectively.

Team Kill: revive and slay killer[+60 minute Guardban.] (this depends, most of the time its an accident. if the victim forgives the killer just a slay is okay)

Not Speaking English on Mic (US servers): warn> perm teamban
NSFW Spray: permban until proven its changed
Hacking: perm ban
Advertising Hacks: perm ban
Calling out an undercover admin/mod: i dont really mind this one to much, this is one of those things where if its purposeful to out me, but i wouldnt be going undercover very often anyways. if another mod gets called out, I would leave it to his/her discretion.
Abusing !calladmin: warn> kick >1 hour ban >24 hourban >3day ban
