Kills While Rocket Jumping Contract Broken?

On the blackwonder x50 servers (and possibly/probably on other servers), they have a contracts, and there I recently got a contract that wanted me to win 15 times, but i also got 3 points for each kill while rocket jumping. People get mad when people start capping, so i tried toget kills while rocket jumping, but no matter what loadout i had, it never counted towards any points. Is the contract just broken?
