Remember just type status and if you need to mute for example you would /votemute #4-digit number (you get the #4-digit number from the beginning of their name in console after you type status. it takes about 10 seconds to find it then type it in. Also there is no need for a poll in my opinion).

Instead of kicking them we should forcibly change their name to something silly like "wet dongles" so they don't have to change their name just to play on these specific servers.
