I would like to moderate the original VSH server.
Why would you like to become a moderator?
I usually get a bit pissed over people in VSH that delay (including being friendly) and people that reside on favouritism to become last person/s alive. Usually I get from a bit annoyed to being toxic and point out what I want to say but sure, play the game, enjoy the game, but you can't enjoy when people do that. That's why I want to take action.

The only staffs I've met/known but not talked to if I recall were jailbreak moderators, names were Supreme Leader of North Korea and Gibus.
How often do you play TF2?
Ever since the start of quarantine, about everyday. More specific time depends because I get tasked to do chores at different aspects of time.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
(Notes: I don't usually want to give harsh or rash punishments, so I keep the punishments at a fair extremity)

Delaying (Includes being friendly, avoiding death and not trying to hit nor kill the boss, etc.):
1st - Warn and kill
2nd - Last warn and kill
3rd - Kick
4th - 2 hour server ban
5th - Perform 1st action and if the person fails to comply, give a 1 week ban
6th - Repeat cycle if obligated/needed
Camping - I will admit that I don't want to give punishments to this rule because I do it too sometimes. But if it needs to then I must abide by the rules. (Waiting for HHH teleportation is exempted):
1st - Warn
2nd - Prior to 1st action, Warn
3rd - Prior to 2nd action, Kill
4th - Prior to the 3rd action, if the person/s still fail to comply, 30 minute server ban.
5th - Repeat cycle if obligated/needed
Ghosting (Includes guessing other people's locations while being alive, also includes micspam and chat spam):
1st - Warn and 5 minute gag + mute
2nd - Warn and 10 minute gag + mute
3rd - 1 Hour gag + mute
4th - 5 Hour gag + mute
5th - 1 Week gag + mute
6th - 1 Month gag + mute
7th - Back to 1st action, repeat cycle

Serious Advertisement (If the person is seriously recommending cheats to another person)

Yes. I am completely chill most of the time but there are times that I get extremely toxic because of the mood I have, or unexpected outcomes. My chat logs are full of lenny binds but not in an insulting way or message. And I have an nsfw spray that I want to show off but I don't want to get reported :0 *Edit: I also joined an active 100+ member count Discord group consisting of SG VSH and Skyhigh 24/7 players, I can request for them to contact me whoever is to get reported and I'll check it out, but the forums and report is still a thing, so I'll just call it a slight advantage
