I said the N word with a hard R twice in chat

Why should we revoke your punishment?
I heard a staff member say it over voice chat so I assumed if staff could say it, anyone could use the word. The video proof of that is in my report.

Also the word wasn't directed at anyone in particular, I just dropped it since I hit my kill bind accidentally, so it was like saying 'fuck' when you die.

The staff member saying it will be looked into on its own, other, higher-up staff have already been notified of it. That doesn't make it right to do it though. Staff are human and we mess up sometimes. I understand that staff should be role models for the community; I just hope players don't expect absolute perfection from humans and 'well he said it so why can't I?'

As for your own appeal.. I was inclined to remove it until i did a double-take on your fairly recent chatlogs that show you 'not directing it toward anybody.'
