(Team Ban site was not working when i tried going, so couldn't find the exact name)

Why were you punished?
I was unable to use my mic before the admin Permanently Team Banned Me

Why should we revoke your punishment?
It is not fair to permanently ban someone supposedly without a mic, their mic could have been not working at the time and then they get permanently banned just because of a hardware failure. Its much better to ban them for a slightly longer period of time so they know they should get a mic next time.

It's completely fair. If you don't have a mic, you can't play blue ever. When you get a mic, you can play blue.

No mic teambans can be removed by any admin in game when you prove to them you have a functioning microphone.
