Due to a "Lag-switch."

Why should we revoke your punishment?
Beside my unstable connection, there isn't any evidence that I'm using a lag-switch.

I'm stuck with AT&T's ADSL, which doesn't provide good download/upload speeds, (I get 1mb down 0.2mb up). I'm connected wirelessly, and when my family is using the connection by buffering videos and whatnot, it affects my ping.

My VAC record is clean and I have no intentions to exploit or hack.
Perhaps consider revoking my ban.

I can see how someone could presume I am using a lag-switch, but it's just my internet that's poor.
