Resolved jb_xmf_v2 not downloading through the server

Title says it all the map just does not download through the server so you need to download the map on the gamebanana page since most people don't know this whenever the map is played the entire server just dies please fix.

no you can't do it through fdl which is why it's a server issue. When this map is selected, everyone is forced off the server until someone downloads it from an external source.
