Jb_District_remake issue with JB server's perma halloween mode

District Remake changes depending on the season in TF2, on christmas it starts snowing, christmas songs play in the background, christmas trees spawn everywhere, and on halloween, tree leaves turn orange, pumpkins get spawned everywhere, some halloween songs play in the background and the cinema plays friday the 13th exclusively for halloween.

Your server seems to have a unique way of enforcing halloween mode to allow restricted halloween hats to show up at all times, turning District to always be halloween mode, at christmas it probably even spawns the halloween assets + christmas assets at the same time.

This is weird, because other servers like Panda allow for halloween cosmetics to show up at all times, but halloween mode is not enforced, District on panda is in its default summer state with no pumpkins etc.

Minor issue but looks strange to see those assets outside of halloween, and some may even think that the version of the map was made specifically for halloween, even though it's supposed to change seasons on its own. Maybe look into a different way of allowing restricted items at all times without actually enforcing halloween mode on the server

Servers usually set the forced holiday convar to Full Moon, which grants the use of cosmetics but not the magical effects.

However, it's now possible to get all the Hallowe'en cosmetics and effects without forcing a holiday, via the use of Mikusch's plugin. This is good news for mappers because they get to use the Full Moon holiday for special events that occur once every 28 days without the risk of it being on all the time.

I believe I had this plugin on, then with some update, it caused all servers to crash. Time to revisit it
