Answered JB First Day Freeday

When server is full and map swaps usually there are about 10 reds at the most and a few blues that spawn in for the first round on the new map. After a few minutes is it considered delaying if the reds are screwing around and not "actively rebelling"?

No they aren't doing anything wrong because it's a freeday. Most of the time its people that failed a rebel or didn't join in time to take part in the freeday that call it delaying. Its a freeday just have fun

Actually it is on first round. You wait till most have connected before rebelling. But if you haven't done anything after 4 à 5 minutes, then you are just delaying as everyone by then already have loaded in. Do not let people wait for no reason. If all non-active players have to watch how people spastically are moving their mouse in disco but nothing else, it get's quickly boring to watch.

First Day Freeday doesn't last a second longer than 5 minutes I think. Just pointin' that out ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
