It's not implied to go to markers, but you CANNOT use markers to try to kill players.

Example: Without any orders, the warden places a marker and kills the reds who went to the marker. That would be considered freekilling.

but if I say "stay on the blue line" and after putting a marker, I can kill the red ones that went to the marker? or will be free kill?

If you gave no orders and just placed the marker and killed the reds who went to it. That would be freekilling.

Exactly what Kirito said, you cannot use markers to try to bait reds and killing then, the ambient you described is not allowed
