Hello People, If you play JB, keep reading. If not, go play JB because it's fun.

For those of you who do play JB, you have most likely noticed by now we are running a new set of jailbreak plugins. While almost everything is fresh and better in some way, certain settings do not conform to our rules currently in place. Specifically the game timer dropping to 30 seconds upon LR being given. Until such an option becomes available again, admins will enforce the rules concerning delaying after LR is given as follows...

After LR is GIVEN to a prisoner, that prisoner may not be killed until either they REBEL or the NEXT WHOLE MINUTE on the timer passes. For example, if an LR is given at 7:10, the red may not be killed unless they rebel until 6:00. If LR is given at 6:59, the red may not be killed unless they rebel until 5:00. After the NEXT WHOLE MINUTE passes, that red may be killed by remaining blues as if they were a rebel. This gives back the LR-earning red the free time they get after being given LR to do as they please while not delaying for an excessive amount of time.

If there are any questions or misconceptions about how the time after LR is given works as far as being able to kill reds, feel free to ask a question right here on the forums.

I'm sure you guys debated this in admin chat, but why do you wait for the next full minute? You can basically give somebody two minutes to waste. Wouldn't it be better to just give them a minute?
Dont worry, the large sum of reds who want to play wont forget the exact second that the LR was given.
