Can you do the minigame "Hat contest" in Jailbreak?

Well it was the first minigame at the yellow line.
Do we need to be at Theater for that?

• Theatre.
  A maximum of 8 Reds will be given the option of “hat, joke, spray or taunt” and the guards must vote in team chat whether to allow the prisoners to pass or be killed. The Warden can not decide alone; if there is only the Warden alive on the Blue team, then theatre can not be played.

It doesn't have to be in theater (according to the rules), but the warden has to give different options. Also, the warden can't play this alone, he needs at least 1 guard alive to play it. Which means warden can't kill people for not liking their hat.

It's Theater for maps that don't have theaters or for wardens that can't be assed to move their RED's. Same rules still apply as Theater, even if they say otherwise.
