Completed Jailbreak - ammo re-enables ammo-less weapons?

So, this is based off the demoman charging thread.

Make it so Demo knights can charge when they get ammo :hampter:

What about other weapons? If you collect ammo, should they be enabled?
I'm referring to weapons like the mad milk, jarate, pompson, mangler etc.

These items are now re-enabled:

• Scout throwables
• Mangler + Pew Pew
• Lunchboxes (Sandvich and stuff)

Some more weapons should work, but the plugin currently disables them.
So open a new suggestion for enabling gas passer, jarate, etc. if you want those.
