Resolved Issues with updated JB maps

New version of jail_wildwest is broken in VSH LR, REDs and Hale are teleported from an part of the map that we can't move (probably other LRs too)
New version of spy_vs_spy crashed the BR JB server, jail_snowballz too
Please fix these issues, thanks!

I dont know about the spy_vs_spy or the jb_snowballz updated version as it hasnt been through US yet.

VSH LR, REDs and Hale are teleported from an part of the map that we can't move (probably other LRs too)

Jb_epsilon is seeing this exact sames issues with any LR that involves teams being put in a different spawn point, so basically any LR that works like a warday

spy_vs_spy on US JB running just fine, BUT not jb_snowballz_v25c. However, here interesting part.... The new jb_snowballz_v25c work and running just fine on my own US JB server. It could be a problem with how bene uploaded it.
