Cheating means skipping directly to the end of a game by going around or some other way. Using the base jumper to complete a minigame isn't cheating, and if anything, just slows the player down.

The Warden can however tell reds not to use the base jumper otherwise they are KOS.

how about in plinko- base jumping from the top to bottom, avoiding the plinko spikes.. thereby skipping the whole plinko course.

Cheating means going to exit, without going through minigame, now for plinko i believe that red was in minigame, isn't avoiding spikes consider part of minigame, therefore red was not cheating since he was in game avoiding spikes

Using the caber to jump onto the exit at obby, in the space jail map would be grounds for cheating
