Completed Increase the round time for the prop hunt LR.

Title explains well enough. While 5 minutes is at least a reasonable amount of time, Blus often have to deduct that time even further because a lot of maps don't auto open when round starts, forcing blu's to wait until they can move to run out and hit the door button (and give props another 30 secs-a minute to hide) before prop hunt can start. While it'd be great if all the maps could have working doors, that doesn't seem like an easy fix, hence the alternative.

Aye, I believe that the round timer could be adjusted depending on the map size, some maps are just that big
