Resolved I lost nearly all of my points in the AUS Highertower x100 server + I lost the Crazy title and was only given ~1/6th of the cost

Can someone explain why that is? I held the #3 rank on the Highertower x100 server but I came back recently and all of my points were just... gone. I can still gain points in the same way I originally did too, so that doesn't explain it.

I also had my Crazy title taken away which currently costs 6K coins and I think I was only given 1K.

We had to recently move the ranking database, some progress might have been lost. With the introduction of the new store system I have refunded all people that had items in the old system. In that old system the crazy title was worth 750 coins.

So I'm forced to grind just to get back to where I was.
