Resolved I can't join any blackwonder servers?

It's just stuck at "Parsing game info..."

I can join non-blackwonder servers, but not blackwonder?

My question is, is this a me problem or a server problem?

it just happens to me today
here are a few solutions
1.Verify Game Cache
2.Reinstall TF2
3.Restart Router
try 1 of them, it works when I restart router
