Team instinct is like Hard Mode, not that many are there but conquring other teams gyms is fun.

Mystic is the "ok" team. They don't bitch too much And are pretty skillful.

Valor is the toxic one who make themself bigger than they are.

At the end it's up to you. Best is probably join the Team your friends pick And fight with them.

Remember, we are rivals, not enemies.

Have a look at the gyms in your area and pick whichever is in the minority. Being in the majority is a pain because you can't always secure yourself a spot in the gym.

I took Mystic because of my boyfriend and his friends being on that team (who live closeby). Like Timo said, best to ask your friends who live closeby what team they are on and join them. So you guys can go out together to catch Pokémon and fight Gyms.
