How many credtis do you have? what are your trying to purchase?
(to check your credits it's /credits)

i tried to buy 1 refine metal (i have 5 million credits) it gave me a link to trade and it just refuse after i start the trade offer

I personally use the motd popup. After starting the trade, a popup will appear where ads would usually load, but instead a trade window would be there. Did you use that?
