Why would you like to become a moderator?
I'm continuing to see people break certain rules that I wish to prevent when no other moderators are currently online to do so.

Often. Exact rate is unknown and cannot be pinpointed as it varies constantly.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
Players will occasionally apply a spray that is very inappropriate and should be removed. The player must be spray banned to prevent further usage of that spray. Most players are often non-negotiable and must be dealt with forcefully according to the rules.
Is there any other information you would like us to know about?
I have received punishment before on Blackwonder.tf servers, however, I have no recollection of such events prior to needing such actions dealt against me.
