Answered help with recording

For me demos dont appear in my folder so I cant record any, I use plays.tv but it is buggy with tf2, what i'm asking is if anyone has a program or app that can record so I can make better reports please comment

OBS works well once you've got it set up, it's what I use since ingame demos now crash whenever I load them.

I don't understand how it cannot appear in your tf folder. Maybe you should try and find it elsewhere? I'd just reinstall the game because demos are just the best and easiest solution. Having more 3rd party software running in background, ewww.
