I have been playing on blackwonder servers for a while know and I like the server so i wanted help out

Chat spam / mic spam -
a warning
If they continue to mic / chat spam i would gag/mute them for
*first time offense - 1 hour
*second time - 2 hours
*third time - 4 hours
*fourth time - 8 hours
*fifth time - 1 day
*sixth time - 2 day's
*seventh time - 4 days
*eighth time - 8 days
* ninth time - perm gag/mute

Sexual/racist/inappropriate sprays -
Perm spray ban

Racism-
a warning
if they continue to be racist I would gag/mute them for -
*first time - 8 hours
*second time - 1 day
*third time - 2 days
*fourth time - 4 days
* fifth time - 7 days
*sixth time - 10 days
*seventh time - 14 days
*eighth time - perm gag/mute

Abusing !calladmin
first a warning if they continue then i would ban them for
*first time - 1 hour

I would gag/mute them for -
*first time - 1 day

First time for 1 day is very steep, and no warning.

*first time - 1 hour
*second time - 8 hours
*third time - 1 day
*fourth time - 7 days
*fifth time - perm ban

The escalation here is also very steep.

Would watch them for a period of time before deciding to perm ban them

You should always record hackers.

i would record them and and ask other staff for help
