Cosmetics because that's what the games needs. More, and more bloody cosmetics that can't be used in events that are NOT halloween.
And make sure those cosmetics are really expensive for some reason even when they're unusable.
- Oh and also make sure they're very cool looking so that people wonder why the hell they are a halloween item.
