Declined Getting Unreasonably Banned

Im an avid tf2 player but recently i was banned from blackwonder. There are so many community Blackwonder servers and i would play them but now i can't. I looked at why i got banned. It said duplicate account but im not exactly sure what that means. Hopefully you guys can contact me or fix this soon because i want to enjoy having fun.

There was an account under your IP address named luischitojr that was permanently banned from our servers for aimbotting and was VAC-Banned at the very same day which may explain the duplicate account.

So it's either you have a person under your household who decided to cheat in the very server that you regularly go on, or that YOU were cheating and unfortunately stumbled upon the very server to cheat.
