I have never managed a tf2 server before but I had managed a minecraft server before, it's called Invadedlands. (back in 2017)

On what servers do you usually play on and which one would you like to moderate?

I play a lot on the plr_highertower x100 servers, and I'd love to moderate that server, I'll try my best to insure everyone's rights, and stop fights between players, in a short phrase, I'd like to moderate on the BlackWonder UK | Highertower | x100.

Why would you like to become a moderator?

I want to be a moderator because of the racism and the toxicity on these servers, I've never seen a staff member ever join in and ban rule breakers which gave me an idea of applying.

- When I have no active Exams / tests (Starting from now.)

- Weekdays 16:30 GMT Until 21:00 GMT

-Weekends : Friday 8:00 GMT

- 21:00 GMT Saturday 8:00 GMT

- 9:00 GMT , 11:45 GMT - 14:00 GMT , 17:30 GMT - 20:00 GMT

Toxicity / micspam / chatspam: (all servers)
- spamming = Warn players chatspamming / micspamming >> 1hour gag/mute >> 3 hours >> 5 hours >> 7hours >> 12 hours >> 24 hours >> 48hours >> perm

- Racism = gag / mute for 1 day >> 2 days >> 3 days >> 1 week >> 2 weeks >> 1 month >> 2 months >> perm gag/mute

- Warn players that are cyberbullying, if they continue that'll be temp gag/mute for 1 hour >> 2 hours >> 3 hours >> 6hours >> 12 houra >> 1 day >> 3 days >> 1 week >> 2 weeks >> permanent gag/mute

Cheating:

- Perm ban without warning them

Exploiting: (all servers)

I'll tempban them for a day, if they do it again it'll be a 2 days ban >> 3 days >> 1 week >> 2 wekks >> perm

2Fort servers:

- Cheating perm ban, without warnings

- spamming Warn players that are spamming the chat, if they continue that that'll be a 1hour gag, if they continue to argue about the same situation it'll be a 1day gag, if they continue that'll be permanent.

Trade servers:

- Cheating perm ban, without warnings

- spamming=Warn players that are spamming the chat they continue that'll be a 1hour gag, if they continue to argue it's going to be a 1day gag, if they argue again they'll have to serve a permanent gag punishment.

- Scamming=perm ban, without warnings (must have proof)

NSFW sprays:

- Warn players that sprayed porn sprays (first time)

- spray ban players that sprayed porn sprays (second time)

Spawncamping:

- Warn players that are spawncamping (first time)

- tempban players for an hour that are spawn camping (second time)

- tempban players for 2hours that are spawn camping (third time)

- tempban players for 3hours that are spawn camping (fourth time)

- tempban players for 5 hours that are spawn camping (fifth time)

- tempban players for a day that are spawn camping (sixth time)

Discord:

Warn players that are spamming the chat they continue that'll be a 1 hour >> 2 hours >> 3 hours >> 5hours >> 12 hours >> 1day >> 3 days >> permanent discord mute

Temp ban players that posted a NSFW picture without any warnings. (depends of how bad is it.)

Temp ban players that are being racist in the discord chat. (depends how bad is it.)

warn players that are cyberbullying other members, if they continue to cyberbully it's going to be a 1hour discord mute >> 2 hours >> 3 hours >> 5 hours >> 12hours >> 1 day >> 3 days >> perm discord mute.

Tempmute players that are being sexist on the discord chat.

Crashing servers:

I will start off by Kicking them, if they come back and start trying to crash the server it'll be 1hour kick >> 3 hours kick >> 5 hours kick >> 1 day >> 3 days >> 1 week >> 2 weeks >> perm ban

I'm Muslim ,I love helping people and be friendly.. etc, I'd love to join the staff team, If I get accepted I will try my best to make the server a safe place.

Your punishments are way too harsh and off the track.
An example;

- Immediatly ban players that are being racist in chat without any warnings.

You have the ability to gag/mute players (forbid them to use chat/voice chat) and a ban would forbid them to join any of Blackwonders servers.
If you already knew you could gag and mute, then why do you think a ban would be more appropriate?

Your chatlogs are pretty clean, no commblocks or bans.

As it is now, I don't see you fitting the moderator role with your "ideal way of punishing rulebreakers".
I suggest you look at accepted application, use the feedback they got from the staff-team if you can and pay extra attention to their punishments, that should give you an idea of what we like to see.

My name when I managed Invadedlands was ZeroYT, but I got demoted because of my inactivity, I had a lot of school stuff to deal with. (they deleted the old forums, which means it's impossible for me to show proof that I was staff member there)

I know my punishments are way too harsh but when I used to moderate invadedlands, we used to immediatly ban people being racist in chat.

And again thanks for your feedback, I will try to make my application better.
