I'll just go ahead and say this is a really lazily written application. The servers you're applying for don't have a lot of gamemode-specific rules so you should really only be concerned with the general rules. We're looking to see whether you understand what the rules are and how they should be punished. All you have written down is that you want to mute or gag players for one day, no context provided.
