Resolved Freeday For All Time Limit

This was quite some time ago and I still haven't noticed a change for it.
Forgive me if Im inpatient but when is it going to happen?

edit: a fd for all is just a big mess of reds that are going to rebel.

When someone gets tired of the freeday for all they start becoming reckless so it is needed and we have already decided to add this but it has just never, been added I guess
