Is it possible to update the website so that I do not have to uncheck the "and receive email notifications" every time I post a thread? Is there a way to do that?

You mark the emails as spam so they won't bother you.

If everyone was to mark the E-Mails as spam, E-Mail providers would soon automatically redirect every E-Mail from blackwonder into spam folders. You can however disable receiving any sorts of E-Mails in your profile options.
