jailbreak servers, I play them everyday almost.

Why would you like to become a moderator?
I like seeing people have fun, even when I'm not using my mic and i see everyone have fun I also have fun. Furthermore, I'm a donor and I've not seen too many mods active on jailbreak and as a donor I've had many players silenced due to mic spamming and ghosting furthermore i even had a player team banned due to them mass free killing all in one day. I enjoy keeping peace and many players now enjoy when I'm in the server since they know I always try help.

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
In jailbreak servers, My ideal way is a warning system when it comes to something not as minor for example mic spamming, when I had to use my donor abilities I warned them twice, then I vote silenced them, However when its something major like when someone mass freekilled almost the whole of Red team I voted for a teamban straight away and was thanked for it. I believe every situation has to be differently judged however all of it requires patience.

Yes, I know my hours may not be great on the game since only recently in the last year I finally got a gaming PC since my laptop was broken for years, however I love this server with my whole heart, I've recommended many people to it too when they started tf2. So I know my hours aren't a lot so far however I'm very passionate about this and hope you take me into consideration I want to help and be a big part of this community. Thank you.

Hey Fling, i'm going to go over your application -

Unless my TFStats is bugging you only have 15 hours recorded across all of 2025, which doesn't meet our time minimum. Odds are my tfstats are bugged if you've played the 3 days in 2025, however for years prior, unfortunately the time is defined in the last year.

Your chat logs are mostly clean - in terms of profanity, however I do have a few things I would like to point out.

If you're going to try apply for staff, try not to throw jabs at the team you're applying for. We all have lives, and this is voluntary work. It doesn't bode well if you're insulting staff with your inflated ego.

I shouldn't need to explain why this is a weird comment on a game with minor's frequently playing it, with you yourself being a minor.

This was likely just a joke so i'm taking this heavily at face value. I don't need to explain why you shouldn't team ban someone for this.

I'm going to be a little blunt in this respond: But your punishment section is far, far too small. You have named two rules out of our entire rulebook, we're looking for your understanding and knowledge of our rules - this means majority, if not all of them. And although it isn't required, a punishment ladder would be good to see - a step-ladder process of what you believe would be a justified punishment to the rule they've broken.

I want you to go over your punishment section and incorporate your knowledge of our rules properly. What i'm understanding from this is that you don't actually know our rules at all, or the punishments dedicated to them. People are mute for mic spam, not silenced.

I highly recommend looking at previous applications - Accepted to get an idea of what to do, and declined to get an idea of what not to do.
It goes without saying, but don't just copy the applications. Put your understanding of the rules, and the formatting you learn into your own words to portray your knowledge of our server rules.

Some accepted applications I recommend looking at are: Darkstalker, Kimmel, Quishy, Lunapie. Denied applications there are a plethora as they will commonly share a similar reason that they were declined.

I don't think you're suited to be staff just yet, your chat logs show a less than desirable maturity, your hours are below what we expect and your knowledge of our rules is small. I recommend taking the feedback and applying it as best you can.

Thank you for looking over and taking your time to look at everything, overall I have I believe 500 hours of tf2, and yeah everything here were jokes, some horrible ones, the epstine one was at someone who’s username had epstine at it so I thought I’d be fine to say it, the admin one too was mean on its own but I love all the admins and won’t happen again, I’m thankful for the feedback and I’ll try do my best to do better, thank you
