Resolved Flamethrowers are broken on Randomizer

On Randomizer servers, the flamethrowers are broken, it's attack distance is lower than a melee weapon, it was also reported that the same was happening on the GunGame servers, but i don't know if it was already fixed on GG servers.

I pushed the fix for GG last night. It'll be updated whenever Ben updates the plugin.
