Which servers have you previously managed?
I make and manage multiple Minecraft servers, and I helped staff a friend's TF2 server when his community asked for one. Was support staff for Mannco.store but left them.
On what servers do you usually play on and which one would you like to moderate?
Jailbreak, Hightower
Why would you like to become a moderator?
I haven't been staffing many things lately and it seems fun.

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
Depends on what they're doing. First give warnings, I like to give 2 and then move on to harsher punishments (slays, kicks, mutes, gags, etc) unless they're cheating, in which I would begin recording a demo file or recording my screen, and ban them. I play games pretty often and I'm pretty good at them.
Is there any other information you would like us to know about?
I like moths. I work in 3D modeling. I have helped work on a few maps (some of which are in the Jailbreak server map pool) and make models for TF2 mods, maps, etc
