I've managed my own server before, just a custom map server made for fun. I didn't have many bad actors come onto the server, but the ones I did have I think I handled well. Then, not related to TF2 but, in a different community I held a lot of the choices for it and managed the staff/users.
On what servers do you usually play on, and which servers would you like to moderate?

Why would you like to become a moderator?
I would like to be a moderator for the JB server because I enjoy it quite a lot, and I would love to help out the jailbreak community. I see quite a lot of people just being generally rude or even toxic, and I would hope to try and quell some of that toxicity down. I believe I have the experience necessary to deal with these types of people and try to help them out, even including just general rulebreakers. I also have quite a bit experience in general with sourcemod's default plugins so I wouldn't be confused on how to navigate and use those. I want to strive to be the best I can for myself, and for everyone. So that we can all have a great time :3

How often do you play TF2?
I can get on any day of week, and most of the time I can be active from 8 am to 2 am excluding weekends where I usually sleep in more. I play TF2 most of the time in long random bursts of time throughout the day.
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
Just a bit before the punishment ladders, I'll be going over a couple of things... I'll be using OBS, Demos, and Medal to be taking clips used for evidence. For screenshots I'll be just using windows built in default snipping tool. Mostly, when things are grouped up like for example "Mic Spam/Chat Spam" that means I'll give the same punishment in the ladder for both rules, that way I don't have to make two different ladders and have to copy and paste the punishment times. Stars ("*") mean whenever the rule is broken, this is added on-top before or after the punishment. Some ladders may not end into a permanent ban, this is just personally because I might believe that rule may not warrant a permanent ban as people can change and stop, however if they keep doing it I'll just keep banning them at that max punishment (I understand if this is not how this works over here, so if you need I am always open to edit my punishment ladders.)
