yes, I know I have appealed in the past and was declined but I want to try my luck again, I admit I wasn't ready to take the responsibility in the past but I am now. I was cheating and there's no more reason for me to lie about it. What I did was wrong and stupid but I hope you guys able to forgive me, I've changed and learned my mistake throughout the years
