almost every day, for about an hour or two.

Sorry for not giving the right information. Lets say a player is body blocking I would start off with freezing and slaying but if the player keeps body blocking it will resort in a temporary ban, and if a player is mic spamming ill start off with a warning, if the player continues to mic spam ill have to resort to a temporary server mute. I will always start off with a warning or two. if you need anymore information please let me know.

If you want to be on the safe side, just don't bind spam in general.

There is certainly a place and time for binds (mostly trade server adverts, or to do commands ie /rtd or saysounds)

If you are going to use them, please use appropriate ones sparingly and responsibly.
