elo reset out of nowhere

Hello, I'm helnot and I usually play on the BR Blackwonder MGE server. I used to be the top1 player on the elo ratings on the server (the one that can be seen using the !top5 command, not the tfstats one). Yesterday I was playing on the server as always, I restarted my game and suddenly my elo was gone. I used to have around 2650 elo and now its currently displaying as 1661. I didn't really do anything out of the box, i just joined the server and it was gone. Weirdly enough if I try using the !rank command it shows my new reset elo but my win/losses were kept the same as before.

I spent a lot of time grinding to get my elo up to this point, so seeing it going away like this really makes me upset, any kind of help would be useful.
