I just returned to playing TF2, then I tried joining blw.tf servers but it says that I'm banned. I really don't know how and why I am banned. If I did a mistake years ago, I am sorry for it and will try my best to be in the best behavior appropriate to the server.

No, I don't. It looks like it has some sort of group "plain" on the first name? Is this like from the same IP address? If it is, and it was back in 2020, it was possible that this may have been cause when I was playing in an internet cafe. But I really don't remember though, because 2020 was the year of pandemic. And as you can see, I have a clean record and have no VAC bans. I don't have connections on those two accounts or associate with it.

That means very little to us. The majority of cheaters we get don't have a VAC ban.

If it is, and it was back in 2020, it was possible that this may have been cause when I was playing in an internet cafe.

I doubt that is the case, considering your account joined 4 minutes after the initial disposable account was banned.

How I see it is this:
You made an alt to try cheating, got caught by the anticheat, and tried to join back on your main account, which got caught by sleuth. The next day, around the same time, you decided to try again on another disposable account, and were caught again.
Did I get that right?

Even if it were a public IP, which I highly doubt, considering only three accounts have ever played on that internet since 2020, your internet connection is your responsibility. If you play on a public internet connection, you assume the risk that you might get caught by our anticheat.
We've had siblings of cheaters get caught by our anticheat for sharing the wifi connection, and they didn't get unbanned either.
