Fair enough - but for those of us not up-to-date on our FF2 bosses, what is the rage supposed to do and what does it do instead?

Fair enough - but for those of us not up-to-date on our FF2 bosses, what is the rage supposed to do and what does it do instead?

He is supposed to fire a lethal laser beam that is pretty wide and has a lot of range, and he's ubered for the 1 second he stands still to do that
Now it just ubers him while he stands still for a second. The laser is just not working
