Resolved Donor status not working on a server i play

Hi im a perma-donor, i play vsh sky resort but my donor status isn't working for the commands on that server, but on other servers i do have them. Wondering if somebody can resolve this issue.

seems like there was a database connection issue. This can happen from time to time, and we do our best to mitigate any effects.
