There is no price for donations actually.
A donation is money without anything in return by definition. Selling perks would only be possible by owning a business and paying taxes - but this way the plugin creators and valve would kick your ass.

Giving out benefits for donations is alright, but calling it a "price" or "purchase" would be heavily against the law, at least where i am from
