Why should we revoke your punishment?
I had started a votegag for someone who was micspamming, who soon after called admin. Also, I suspect that it was because i used an engie's tele to enter red spawn, although i did nothing. I got the warning and immediately stopped, but still got banned regardless. I know it's only for one day and theres not much of a reason to post this, but i truly believe that this was a false ban, i read and abided by the warning, and used my donor capabilities responsibly.

The ban had nothing to do with the teleporting into spawn, which you did stop after the warning.

Rondo joined the server, and immediately started micspamming. I muted him after just a few moments. After quite a bit of him already being muted, you called a votegag on him. While the vote was going through, I even said "He's already been muted", to which your reply was "Well sometimes I just like gagging people, ya know?"

Unfortunately, I don't have a full clip of the exchange, but I do have the end as you're finishing your statement as I was recording the logs. Calling a gag on a player for voice chat is already ineffective, and doing so after they've already been punished and choosing to be flippant about it afterwards solidified this as donor abuse for me.

Oh, whoops. I hadn't realized that you had already banned him before calling the vote, and it seems I DID choose the wrong vote. I had said that last quip as a joke, however I do understand what you mean. I'll accept the day ban, sorry to waste your time.

Due to your apologetic nature, and the fact that I can see this being a legitimate mistake, I'll remove the ban this time. There was quite a bit going on all at once on the server, and the ban was issued rather hastily, although I did that out of necessity due to trying to juggle the other problems going on at the time, as well as someone trying to crash the server.
