Resolved Dodgeball

To say it shortly, there is an bug when on dodgeball map ends and automatically is vote for new one, and the map changes after this, on new map you can pick any class you want, and rockets are not spawning. It is basically turned into deathmatch. I've been telling this to @Benedevil but no changes were made.

This is just info for other players.
How to fix it:
You just need to "rtv" (rock the vote) and change the map manually then it should be fine.

Did you tried re-installing the whole plugin, or updating it?

Done the whole shebang. Neither could figure out what caused random failed plugin loads.
