Completed Display an in-chat notification when someone asks for a repeat (Jailbreak).

Self-explanatory, the in-game plugin frequently disappears and only shows one repeat request at a time, when it works. This makes repeat requests in chat hard to notice, especially when the player count is high or if people are using /repeat to trigger it. Ideally it would be something bolded or in bright colors, easily distinguishable from normal chat.

While this is a good idea, this doesnt excuse wardens from not reading chat, its super easy to do so and identify if a repeat is needed to be given

I'm not trying to "excuse" anyone, just trying to make it a bit more obvious, especially since if /repeat is used and the plugin disappears, theres literally no evidence of them asking for a repeat.

Warden is obligated to answer repeats in chat. Some colorful marker thing or more chat clog isn’t necessary.

That obligation is exactly why making repeats more noticeable IS necessary. I'm not sure why chat clog would be a concern, but if thats the issue, it would at least be nice to make sure the plugin already in place works 100% of the time.

Typing repeat in chat is noticeable that’s the thing, implementing this feature would be meaningless when all warden has to do is look in chat.
The best thing to do is just fix what we currently have rather than implement a brand new plugin.

sm_repeat will now also show a message in chat.
This will happen after the servers are updated.
