Just to give an example;

Speaking in other languages 1 warning (no punishment) 2=5min 3=15min 4=25min 5=1Hr 6=1Hr 7=2hr 8=1Day 9=5Days 10=Permanent mute/gag

We do not punish people for speaking another language in chat, so you should not gag someone for it.
Your punishments lengths are also way off.

You should do more research on how we punish rulebreakers and what rules we have. I really think that would be beneficial for your application.

Just to give an example;

We do not punish people for speaking another language in chat, so you should not gag someone for it.
Your punishments lengths are also way off.

You should do more research on how we punish rulebreakers and what rules we have. I really think that would be beneficial for your application.
