Completed Deathrun command suggestion

Now that you're interested with that title, why not we get a command that lets us see our speed? The speed like in bhop or surfing servers. !speed

Accepted. Will add a !speed command for any server that has bhop support.
Will update once I'm done with the plugin.

I mean surf and bhop servers already always have your speed permanently on-screen but I guess could be useful for deathrun?

Plugin has been implemented.
!speed can now be used to show a speed overlay.
If you're not happy with the kmh display, type !speed_unit to change it.
Supported units are:
- kmh
- mph
- m/s
- HU/s
