Declined Dead Players off Microphone/chat | Jailbreak

Dead players who scream trough orders or players who still try to play the game but dead players are ghosting/giving information.
Dead players chat/microphone use is not importand to the game anymore and should not interrupt the game.
I suggest that Admins will still be able to see the dead chat if that would be possible.

We have discussed this so many times before.

Pro's:
> no ghosting
Con's:
> when you are killed you want to know why you got killed if it's unclear (might been a freekill on which the guard has to kill himself or warden will kill him, but only if it's cleared out by both parties that it really was a freekill)
> when delaying is happening you want to help guards or rebels (depends on who is delaying) to move on with the game

ghosters get warned, if they continue, muted/gagged (by admin insta or by report)

Since now there are so many jb-admins, the reports for the servers have been hugely decreased.
