Answered Days that give effects (Midas Day, Spooky Bullets etc.)

Are days that give certain effects considered as a freeday or are blus and reds allowed to kill each other whenever they see each other without the worry of "rebelling" or what not. (FFA basically)

And if the days are FFA, would it end when the effects wear off and become a freeday or would it go on as a FFA?

Originally RTD days were classified as free days and the other special days like Midas day and rapid rockets day were considered a free-for-all because they turned on FF automatically. It has since changed and some admins allow killing on certain days like fisticuffs and scary bullets.
