If it had a decent eating speed it would be pretty nifty. Probably not that useful in many scenarios, but nifty.

I like how they rebalanced the airblast, though. Now nobody can complain about the reserve shooter because it's slightly harder now.

they didn't mention if it was a small health pack or a medium health pack, that will drop out. Perhaps it will be the new hoovy secondary?
