Resolved Connection failed after 4 retries

So i was playing on Orange x3 | 100 % Crits | x10 gamemode when "Connection problem" appears and i lost connection to server. Now everytime i try to join this server it says connection failed after 4 retries. It only appear on this one server. I tried restarting TF2 but it doesn't worked

Try verifying the integrity of your game files.

Usually waiting a bit helps, but as you already restarted your game (which also seems to help most of the time) I'm not too sure what the cause is or how to fix it. Your best bet is to verify your files in Steam as mentioned by @Fish-Related Crimes
